  • Day 01 Arrive Delhi
    Met on arrival and transfer to hotel.

  • Day 02 Delhi
    In the morning proceed for a sightseeing tour of the Old Delhi – a multi – layered city. Our first stop is the Red Fort built by the great Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan when he shifted his capital from Agra. A short drive brings us to the Great Mosque – The Jama MasjId. Drive on to see the memorial built for Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat. Afternoon Sightseeing tour of New Delhi includes a visit to the Qutub Minar – the tallest stone tower in India built in 1191 AD. Chhatarpur Temple – the most popular Hindu temple with blissful tranquility and serene ambience. Continue to Humayun’s Tomb believed to have been designed by his wIdow. Its plan is based on the description of Islamic paradise gardens and is known to have inspired the Taj Mahal and many later Mughal tombs. Also visit the Bahai Temple – a lotus shaped structure. It is made of marble, cement, dolomite and sand. It is open to all faiths and is an Ideal place for meditation and obtaining peace and tranquility. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 03 Delhi – Mandawa (Drive: 260 km/6 hrs)
    Morning check-out of the hotel and proceed for Mandawa. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel.   • Day 04 Mandawa – Bikaner (Drive: 180 km / 4 hrs)
    Morning check-out of the hotel and drive for Bikaner. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Bikaner is a royal fortified city with a timeless appeal. Lying in the north of the desert state, the city is dotted with many sand dunes. Visit Junagarh Fort – built in 1593 by raja Raj Singh, a general in the army of emperor Akbar. The fort is a formIdable structure encircled by a moat and has some beautiful palaces within. These palaces, made in red sandstone and marble, make a picturesque ensemble of courtyards, balconies, kiosks and windows dotted all over the structure. Lallgarh Palace is the architectural masterpiece in red sand stone. The palace was built by maharaja Ganga Singh in the memory of his former Maharaja Lal Singh. The palace has beautiful lattice and filigree work. Sprawling lawns with blooming bougainvillea and dancing peacocks make it a not-to-be missed visual treat. Evening at leisure.   • Day 05 Bikaner – Khimsar (Drive: 145 km / 3 hrs)
    Morning check-out of the hotel and proceed for Khimsar, en-route visit Deshnok – Karni Mata temple – legend has it that the more rats jump over you the more you will be blessed.   • Day 07 Jaisalmer
    Explore Jaisalmer, rising from the Thar desert like a golden mirage. It has The Fort, a sentinel to the bleak desertscape from its 80 metre high perch on the hill, housing the entire township within its ramparts. It has an enchanting cow-web of narrow lanes dotted with some lovely havelis, three beautifully sculpted Jain temples of the 12th – 15th century ad and five interconnected palaces. The fort is approached through four gateways – Akhaiya Pol, Ganesh Pol, Suraj Pol and Hava Pol. Gadisar Lake is a scenic rain water lake with numerous beautiful shrines around and a spectacular avian variety. Some of the most exotic mansions or havelis, all intricately latticed, are strewn all over Jaisalmer – each with a different facade. Patwon-ki-Haveli is the most elaborate and magnificent of all the Jaisalmer havelis. It has exquisitely carved pillars and extensive corrIdors and chambers. Salim Singh-ki-Haveli is a 300 year old haveli of Jaisalmer’s prime minister to maharaja Rawal Gaj Singh. The fort has three exquisitely carved Jain temples dedicated to the Jain Tirthankaras – Rishabdev, Sambhavnath and Parswanath. In the evening visit the Sand Dunes. No trip to Jaisalmer is complete without a trip to the most picturesque dunes of Sam. The ripples on the wind-caressed dunes, that create an enchanting mirage, are surely a delight for a trigger-happy photographer. sand dunes.   • Day 08 Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (Drive: 290 km / 7 hrs)
    Morning check-out of the hotel and drive to Jodhpur. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Later in the day proceed for a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur visiting the Mehrangarh fort – the 5 km long majestic fort on a 125 meter high hill which is one of the most impressive and formIdable structures. Although invincible from the outsIde, the fort has four gates approached by a winding road. Jaswant Thada is a cluster of royal cenotaphs built in 1899 AD in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Within the main cenotaph are the portraits of various Jodhpur rulers. Evening at leisure to explore the local market. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 09 Jodhpur – Rohetgarh (Drive 45 km / 1 hr)
    Morning check-out of the hotel and drive to Rohetgarh on arrival check-in at hotel Rohetgarh, afternoon we get into the waiting jeeps and proceed on a safari to Bishnoi Villages, this 450 years old white turbaned tribe has a distinct way of life.   • Day 10 Rohetgarh – Udaipur (Drive: 240 km / 6 hrs)
    Morning proceed for Udaipur, en-route visiting Ranakpur Jain Temples – Ranakpur Jain Temples are Renowned for some marvelously carved Jain temples in amber stone. Ranakpur is one of the five holy places of the Jain community and these temples were created in the 15th century AD During the reign of Rana Kumbha and are enclosed within a wall. The central Chaumukha or four faced temple is dedicated to the venerated Tirthankara Rishabhji. Open on all four sIdes, it enshrines the four faced image of Adinath. Sprawling over 48,000 sq. feet, the temple is an astounding creation with 29 halls and 1,444 pillars – all distinctly carved. On arrival in Udaipur check-in at the hotel, overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 11 Udaipur
    Udaipur is the city of Dawn, is a land around the azure water lakes, hemmed in by the lush hills of the Aravalis. Visit City Palace – A majestic architectural marvel towering over the lake on a hill surrounded by crenellated walls. It is a conglomeration of courtyards, pavilions, terraces, corrIdors, rooms and hanging gardens. Jagdish Temple – Built in 1651 AD. By Maharana Jagat Singh. This Indo-Aryan temple is the largest and the most beautiful temple of Udaipur with noteworthy sculpted images. Sahelion-ki-Bari – (Garden of the MaIds of Honour) This small ornamental garden was a popular relaxing spot where royal ladies came for a scroll and hence the name. The garden has many fountains in its fourdelightful pools, chiseled kiosks and marble elephants. Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum – The interesting collection exhibited by this Indian folk arts museum includes folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folk musical instruments folk deities and paintings. Afternoon Boat rIde on Lake Pichola, a picturesque lake that entranced Maharana Udai Singh. It was later enlarged by the founder.The lake is surrounded by hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats and embankments. Two island palaces, Jag Mandir and Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) on the lake are of breathtaking magnificence.

  • Day 12 Udaipur – Pushkar (240 km / 6 hrs)
    Morning check-out of the hotel and drive towards the holy city of Pushkar. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Later visit Pushkar Lake, separated from Ajmer by ‘Nag Pahar’ – the snake mountain the Panchkund. acording to legend, the origin of pushkar dates back to the time when Lord Brahma was on his way in search of a tranquil land to perform a’ yagna’, a lotus fell from the hand of the lord into this valley and a lake sprang up on this spot and was dedicated to him. a Brahma temple located here is a popular place of pilgrimage.   • Day 13 Pushkar – Jaipur (Drive: 130 km / 2 ½ hrs)
    Check-out of the hotel and proceed for Jaipur. UPon arrival check-in at the hotel. Later in the day proceed for a city tour of Jaipur visiting The City Palace – a visitors delight. Within the walls are several Palaces and museums resplendent with collections of the princely era. Outdoor Observatory – the Jantar Mantar- built in 1726 by Jai Singh, a notable astronomer King. It houses instruments of astonishing accuracy, which give accurate predictions to this day. Drive to the Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal) – a five story high Palace having a facade of windows and latticed screens which allowed the Ladies of the Court, in bygone days, to sit and view the streets of the city.

  • Day 14 Jaipur
    Morning proceed for an excursion to the Amber Fort which is perched on a hill. An Elephant transports us insIde the fort which houses a Marble Palace, Temple of Victory and a Hall of Mirrors. Afternoon free for leisure / shopping. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 15 Jaipur – Agra (Drive: 235 km / 6 hrs)
    Morning check-out of the hotel and drive for Agra, en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri – A fascinating deserted capital of Emperor Akbar. Abandoned in a few years for lack of water. Later commence drive to Agra. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel, rest of the day free for leisure.

  • Day 16 Agra – Delhi Departure (Drive: 204 km / 4 ½ hrs)
    Morning proceed for a city tour of Agra visiting The Taj Mahal – built by a grief-stricken emperor, Shah Jahan, as a memorial of eternal love for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, Agra Fort which perhaps offers the most moving view of the Taj Mahal from its octagonal tower situated across the River Jamuna.
